Adjustable double jet ski brackets

These brackets are used to hold two jet skis on one boat lift with 9 or 10 foot cradles. These can be used on our boathouse and 4-post lifts. These adjustable brackets mount straight onto your cradle (the steel beam). The tall ones are 17 inches and you will put two 2x6x10 pieces of wood on them if your cradles are 8 feet apart. 2x6x8 if your cradles are 6 feet apart. The small ones are 4 inches and you will also put 2x6x10 or 2x6x8. We do not sell the wood but we do sell the carpet for the wood in 12 inch strips. Aluminum Bunks

Aluminum bunks are a great investment. They never need to be replace (unlike the standard wooden bunks) and never rust. They are sturdy, don’t bow, and have a weigh capacity of 8000. A 4” rubber pad prevents any harmful rubbing against the bottom of the boat. The bunks come in 8” x 12’ and 10” x 12’ sizes. They are often upgraded at the time of purchase along with aluminum cradles. Aluminum risers are available for boats that need more space between the hull of the boat and the cradles.

Aluminum Bunks and Cradles

An upgrade worth your investment! Upgrading to aluminum bunks and cradles will ensure that your will never need to replace your cradles or bunks due to rusting. Cradles come in 9ft and 10ft standard but can be cut to custom lengths. Bunks come in 8” x 12’ and 10” x 12’ sizes. Risers are also available. Risers allow more space between the boat and cradles.

Corner Bracket (Lockdown Brackets)

Corner Brackets are used to prevent overhead beams from wiggling. They come in sets of 4.

Beam Bracket

Beam Brackets are used on docks that don’t have the hight to support an overhead beam. They come in sets of 4. These brackets need to have lots of wood support. Bolts not included. (Due to wood thickness being different dock to dock bolts are sold separately)

2” Motor Pulley

We have two different motor pulleys. One is for deluxe, overhead, and 4 post lifts and the other one is for jet ski lifts. The 2” motor pulley that has a key hole is for the deluxe, overhead, and 4-post lifts. These lifts come with a motor key to secure the pulley to the motor shaft. The jet ski lifts do not have a motor key and therefore use the 2” pulleys shown in the third and fourth pictures.

Blue Pulley

This blue pulley supports the cable for your boat lift. This comes as one blue pulley without nuts or shafts. The pulley is 4 inches in diameter. Nuts and shafts sold separately. This can be sold as a complete set which includes the hanger, pulley, nut, and shaft: See Pulley Hanger Complete on this page for more details.

The pulley shaft and nuts go through the blue pulley and secure it to the hanger. Pulley not included. Note there is a grease fitting on the shaft. This needs to be greased yearly along with the three grease fittings around the gear.

Capacitor

Center Mount Overhead Beam

Our center mount lift has welded places for the blue pulleys. The pipe that turns the lift runs in the center. These overhead beams come 12 and 13 feet standard, however, we can make them to your measurements.

Cradle

Comes in 8, 9, 10, or custom feet. Sold as a pair. They are made out of steel and are 4, 5, or 6” tall. The adjustable brackets and tri/pontoon adapters mount easily to the beam.

Deluxe Pipe Hanger

This is the pipe hanger for the deluxe model. It does not come with bolts and nuts but those can be bought separate. They are sold separate due to the fact wood thickness differs between docks.

Drop Cradle

The drop cradle allows for boat with long fins to safely clear the cradle without touching it. It adds 4”, 5”, or 6” extra space.

Grease Fitting

3/16 push-in grease fitting.

There are 3 grease fittings on your gear plate. There are also grease fittings on the contact points of the pipe hangers and blue pulleys. Grease your lift YEARLY!

Lock and Pin

This lock and pin is part of your jet ski stand or piling lift. It will hold your jet ski to the track and release the weight on the cable.

Motor Bracket

This is an optional piece for deluxe lifts. It attaches to the bottom of the gear plate and the near by piling to keep the gear plate square. However, it is not needed as the gear works best free hanging.

Motor, Switch and GFI

This is a motor, switch, and GFI kit. Replacement motor come in 3/4 hp, 1hp, 1 hp heavy duty, and 1.5 hp. All switches are standard and GFI come in 110V or 220V.

Overhead Pipe Hanger

The overhead pipe hanger attaches to the overhead beams on the side and center mount lifts. They have two grease fittings on the them.

The overhead side mount comes in 12ft for 9ft cradles and 13ft for 10 cradles. There are two plates on the beam. One is for the blue pulley attachment and the other for the pipe hanger. We can custom make your overhead beam on request.

Pulley Hanger Complete

We have two different types of pulley hangers. Each uses the same blue pulley, nuts, and shaft.

Deluxe pulley hanger does not come with bolts but they can be bought separately. This is due to the fact that wood depths differ from dock to dock.
